Zach Walker

Zach has two decades of national intelligence, cybersecurity, and cyberwarfare experience with service in the nation’s most important institutions, including the National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, and at the Pentagon. Most recently, Zach led the Defense Innovation Unit’s Texas office where he deployed nearly $1 billion to emerging technology companies to solve national security challenges.

Currently, he serves as the Deputy Director for Intelligence for the Texas Air National Guard. He received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Shawn Kotoske

Shawn spent over 10 years in management consulting, primarily focused on leadership and company organizational structure. He has restructured several organizations and company divisions after acquisition or in preparation to scale through technology implementation, process improvement, staff reduction, and various cost-savings initiatives.

Shawn is a decorated war veteran who served in the Army for 9 years as a Military Intelligence Officer. Shawn volunteers as a member of the Board of Directors of United Way for Greater Austin. He received an MBA from the University of Texas, an Ed. M. from Harvard University, and a B.A. from The University of Notre Dame.
